Most of pools are around 1 to 5 feet deep only

Shopping malls and food store within 1 miles
Outside food are allowed no problem you can buy food from outside bring in no restrictions
Life jackets and towers are included you need to scan wristband and return as many time you want they will charge only if you lost or not returned
