@@Alex-Tips Mainly the first one, you glued the adapt. to the valve then screwed it to the wall - the valve could have been sideways or upside down to get it tight.. If the valve is loose, teflon tape won't hold water back for long. Plumbing threads are tapered for this reason, teflon just fills gaps it still needs to be tight. Also instead of heating & gluing a piece to extract it from the metal pipe, just warm it up and needle nose it out, it looked like it came out easy enough that needle nose would work without heat.. Time is money !
