Great Tactical Snooker at the 2020 Coral Tour Championship | Allen vs Maguire, Allen vs Murphy

Спорт

Best two tactical frame endings at the 2020 Tour Championship:
1. Mark Allen vs Shaun Murphy (QF): great consecutive snookers by Shaun and excellent response by Mark.
2. Mark Allen vs Stephen Maguire (The Final): After several failed attempts to escape a difficult snooker, Stephen can hide his frustration. A fascinating game with brave shots in a dramatic frame ending.
The statistics shown in the video correspond to the date of the match.
Cesar Muroya created a unique editing technique to extract the essence of the game without losing the drama involved. Contextual information is also an innovation appreciated by viewers.
This format is not intended to substitute the full version but rather to make snooker more accessible to new fans. The fluency and atmosphere of the game stay in a shorter length video, allowing even experienced fans to enjoy snooker at any time.

Same score 10 6 to ding in the UK. Anyways well done to him. He even snatched all the prize money haha. He mentioned how he sort of accepted that he would not win a title again. Rejuvenated hopefully he will have more belief in himself now. I'm not expecting the world from him but I certainly hope we see more of him. On a side note, Neal foulds mentioned how perhaps mark allen didn't have the cue ball placed back even though it was called a miss because he didn't agree with it being a miss. The yellow certainly looked potable though... Perhaps we will find out in the future. Can't wait for the world championship I want mustashio Ronnie!!!! And no first round exits please lol

Loving that snooker hit-miss count! My only wish is that it could have stayed on the screen the whole time. Also, at 11:58, the scrolling text was really jittery. Thank you for showing us snooker when we need it the most!

for me at that level near enough everything is a miss, it wasnt the hardest in the world to get out of he had it on line once and finished just short and then only just missed it, i do get your point but i think the only time a miss shouldnt be called are the times where the only got on is rattling it in the jaw to hit the ball on

Yes, Agree not a miss- he was close enough the 4th time and no one could doubt he was trying to hit. I just don't understand why Allen didn't put him back again - could have gone missing a few more times and even if he hit it was quite likely he would have left either an easy pot or another easy snooker - must have regretted when he missed the pot and later was snookered himself!

The coral series is three tournaments 1) Grand Prix 2) players championship 3) tour championship . Whoever earned the most prize money in those events when they are completed gets the bonus. I also think highest break prizes don't count towards that but that's a minor detail and I'm Not sure.
