You know I get really sick of people talking about skin color. We're all the same here and zip our largest organ and take it off and we're all exactly the same and I can get as dark as you if I lay out in the sun for hours being white or being irrelevant we are all just humans.

Just picked pile 3, I made a picture last week called the golden rose 🙏🏻💗

Pile 2 meaningful for me. Especially the three tarot cards with the page of wands, death and I couldn't see the last on my tiny phone BUT the page is my brother and the one to the right is myself and we are separated by death. The thistle also because for a very long time I had a book with a Scottish thistle pressed in it that my brother had given to me and scattered some seed so I would have it growing nearby. Yes very painful in the skin but easy to avoid and easy to pick the blossoms when shown how. The white bird to me is the messenger and the thistle the message from my brother. Very good and important from my future self. Thank you Angel for such kind and gentle readings.

I wonder if the "dark" woman in pile 3 is the shadow self, the aspects of ourselves that we see as negative, parts we don't want to look at (and push into the subconscious). The dark thoughts and emotions - anger, bitterness, self-pity, fear, whatever - that couldn't come with us into the happy future we wanted. Been working on that lately. The cards about the union of masculine and feminine also resonate with me, been working on that too. Having both aspects is important for our functioning in a healthy way, after all, because it does bring us balance. Yin energy can feel deeply and intuit deeply, but without yang energy how can you take action, pursue goals, get things done consistently? Plus I remember my psychology professor saying that on mental health test, the most stable and healthy people psychologically were people who didn't have too much masculinity or too much femininity. Being at the far end on either side wasn't as healthy as having both capabilities, being somewhere in the middle of the scale.
