The overall stats don't change much maybe hp but in terms of attack as you mentioned the change isn't dramatic. Which is why you were seeking an answer to your question from him. How can he do so well with such attack heavy pokemon when 5-15-14 or 15 is ideal.

@@superbaddctv maybe you misunderstand how leveling works. Higher attack contributes more to cp than the other two. Meaning that they can’t level up as high in 1500 cp cap. Lower level means less bulk and less charged moves fired
