What a delicious Persian feast! The Leg & Breast Kababs, Koobideh, Barberry Rice, Lamb Shank & Lamb neck with Baghali Polo, Grilled Eggplant, Fesenjan, Olives...... Cannot get my eyes off the food, which is simply delightful Loved the explanation of the taste of each dish. Overall 10/10 for the food and video👌👏🤗

How was the Ayran taste in the Iranian restaurant compared to the Afghan restaurant one? The name Shamshir means sword in Farsi.

Woah! I didn’t know that about the meaning of the word but it definitely has a ring to it that makes it “sound” like a sword!

And the Ayran here was VERY different! I could taste it being more homemade. You can definitely buy ayran as a bottled drink in most places and it tastes like store bought lassi, but you could taste the thickness in this Ayran
