I love the parts where youre needlessly wearing a mask outdoors. Also letting a puppy around wet concrete, absolute genius. The dog doesnt know any better, whats your excuse? Also concrete is porous, you will have to fill this EVERY SINGLE DAY. Ive worked with concrete for projects like this. There are many additional steps needed to waterproof.
