Your KZread videos are just fine the way they are, time wise. Shorts is just an attempt to compete with TikTok and pay less for content. We like your 10-15 min videos, they're excellent. That's why we all keep coming back, to see your adventures in some fabulous scenery and countryside. Gooday from Australia.

That little truck sure earned its chops this day. Pulled almost his own weight out of a ditch over a stump
I LOVE the idea of you allowing an older tow truck to live out their years doing the best of the best of what they love! ❤️🤣
Casey has some serious love for that tow truck. That’s pretty darn cool!

Casey, This is one of those videos I start watching, thinking 'No way is he going to get that out'. Then I'm amazed to see you do and, for the most part, effortless. You have talent for sure.

Exactly, sad beyond words 😢 I always try to post something positive if I can 👍 Any video Casey does is ok by me, I really like shorts as well. I'm sure it will bring in new subscribers, it's a bit like a free sample at a food shop / fayre, if you like the sample you'll buy the cheese, wine or full length Casey videos 👍

I get anywhere from 10 to 30 emails a day telling me I should have done a job sone other way, need to buy some different trucks or equipment, or just generally how I should be running my business/life. I usually just mass delete them without even opening them these days.

Not that terrible a landing, at least it was upright.

Casey, I admire that you care what your viewers think! I however think you care too much. If someone is willing to send hate Mail over shorts than there is no making that person happy! You can spend a lot of unnecessary time trying to please everybody when the majority of us are silent happy viewers! We comment and like here in the videos! This comes from someone who spent half my life trying to please everybody but me and those that deserved it!
I like the shorts having there own channel, that way i can control how many alerts and notifications I get during the day without going crazy.
"Full coverage insurance." Nice
This looks like the results of saying, "I saw this on a cartoon once and I think I can do it!" BUCKLE UP...TIGHTER!!
Long or short, they're all good. Job well done, Casey 👍
Another great video Casey. "Full coverage insurance" makes all the difference in the world! Nothing better than getting paid for what we do. Stay safe out here. ~Brian

When your young full coverage payments are more then your vehicle payments. I totally recommend that.❤
Shorts are good for showing a new piece of equipment/toy or a towing technique, but we need the longer versions for the rescues. The great interest of the longer version is how you do the problem solving and the resolution.
2 in a row. Nice Casey
I love your sense of humour. And the banter with Ethan is great, too. 😻
Awesome to see that old Ford still kicking!!! One piece at a time, she’ll be new again. Best of luck with your journey
Love your videos! I watch them with my grandboys. How about a section on why synthetic ropes and why metal cables. Benefits of each and limits of each. I would appreciate it. I want to help others stranded here in Colorado. Right now all I have is ole’timey log chains. They work, just no yanking! 😅😂🤣 I learn so much here there should be tuition fees 🤪😂🤣 Keep up the fantastic work! 🙏❤️😎🤙🛻💨
🍻I gotta say, that truck is my favorite of all the ones you have. I kinda imagine it rolling in a parade decades from now the same way trucks from the early 1900's do now. The Cascade Heavy Rescue signage in place, of course.
I’d like to see the tow truck rebuild and hydraulic ram rebuild. Always enjoy maintenance content.

Thank you Casey . You did a great job getting that flying machine back on the road😂😂😂😊
Hi Casey. Love the 4K. Thank you for that. You are right about “Shorts” I think people with low attention spans of 20 seconds or less like them. They make great time wasters. Put me in the camp of “full length” videos I always like to drive along with you and watch you figure out your current job. We learn a lot. See you on the next one.
Thanks for what you do. Also thanks for explaining the shorts. I like the long vedios any day.
Nice to see another recovery with a challenge. Good job, and +1 for full coverage insurance.
Gotta like it when the owner really helps out and makes your life easier.
Casey, you do good work, provide quality service, and genuinely seem to be a good role model. Continued blessings and health to us all. Make money. Go home safe.
Dang! That looks like a fun one! Just started the video. And yes! That is a gorgeous office to work in!

Loving the content Casey. Remember to not let the haters get you down, I personally love "shorts", they give me something to watch on my super short breaks at work, when I don't have time to watch a full video. I would personally like to see more shorts from you! I have already subbed to your shorts page and will look forward to whatever content you put out!
Was indeed a honor and pleasure to meet you finally! Love your content and your caring attitude. You are a gracious and entertaining host. I enjoy all your stuff! Glad to hear your auto chains are working out! Stay safe, thank you for all you do!
Casey it was a pleasure meeting you at the wrecker games. You were sitting in trail m8ter and i spoke up saying Casey the tractor roller LaDelle. Your equipment as you have assembled it is perfect. Being a lover of offroading most of my life i understand your vehicles. Being a mixer driver for twenty years i truely understand your vehicles and your positioning for getting vehicles out of various situations. I love the track jeep and at this time i am looking to purchase my first jeep. A lifted 1990 cherokee. I would love to go out like you or 4x4 rescue and help people out of the situation they are in. ✌️
Excellent recovery, sorry to hear about all the hate mail you get. People sometimes just need to mind their own business. You know "Don't throw stones if you live in a glass house." I love the old wrecker, it's part of what drew me to your channel, that and your honesty. Keep em' coming!
Casey , I have seen some Collapsible Traffic Cones used on another channel. I am just wondering if some of those might come in handy for you. Like on the corners , set up a couple as a warning to other drivers that are approaching the accident scene... I will subscribe to your shorts videos. 👍 youtube is the one making money on short videos. Over all it is bringing traffic to them.
@CaseyLaDelle

I had a whole set of those, but the first time I used them someone purposely ran them over she destroyed them all.
Casey you just keep doing you ! I like the context and your delivery of such 😉
Yeah I'm one of those that HATES shorts. It's super rare if I watch one, usually just skip over them. So thanks for putting them over on other channel. I am NOT opposed to making them but some channels are 80% shorts so I don't even bother. Shoot even i have I think 1 short on my channel.
I hope the wrecker get a rebuilt it be great
As far as my ad watching time goes, the frustrating thing for me is when I try to be supportive and let the ads run their full course, it seems like some algorithm sees this and decides that I need to watch even more ads. To the point being obnoxious. It seems worse on other channels than yours for now. Anyway, keep up the great work. Love you channel and sensible approach to any given situation.

Don't mind most ads, but the vague ones for many medications that say, take this, but don't say much else or what that it is, and then do it right when the good part of the video is about to play, insert ad abruptly. THAT I dislike majorly, it's as if the ad is more important than the video we were there to watch to begin with.
I like that ol ford. Something bout a good old well loved work truck.
Hi Casey, love the videos keep them coming. always watching till the end stay safe and well to all the family❤it👍👍👍👍
Awesome recovery Casey your the an thx for taking us along. Stay healthy.

The owner must have been thinking he was gonna keep the truck otherwise he probably would've towed it to his yard
Great angles on the recovery.
Gotta love full coverage insurance Nice job getting that up out of there that's a great truck you need to show it some love
Casey, you know this already. Highway warning marking should be on the truck. You do work on roads with possible traffic being a thing, without LEO assisting you. At least a box of flares, but those would be un usable in the forest in the summer.
@madmilko3507

I was thinking a set of orange cones and maybe a fold up "Accident Ahead" sign.
Another great video, I prefer the longer videos myself but will watch shorts. I believe there are 3 airbag sensors in the front bumper above the diff. 2 of the 3 sensors have to be activated before the bags will deploy. Keep up the great work.
Thank You for sharing your recovery exploits! A tip for road safety would be to carry at least two light weight folding road work ahead markers. Then you would have at least some confidence that people would be alerted to your work around the corner or even at night or bad weather.
Is always awesome to watch
Keep doing your videos... I am really hooked on them even though I am at the other side of the Atlantik ( and some more ) !!!

Talking about people hating shorts , I don't wear shorts because my legs are extremely white , wait , you're talking about short VIDEOS . I enjoy watching those ( quick preview of an upcoming regular video )
Nice recovery! Your experience is showing 👍😎 Thanks for the great videos and stay safe out there!❤️🙏
The tow truck and rollback investments have sure made for some good recovery videos, Casey!
Nice recovery Casey!! Experience shows!! I'm thinking that truck is most likely totaled 😆 Your tow truck may be old but it has good "bones" and a good design. I think a total mechanical rebuild would be worth the money. Even if it's "one thing at a time". Not everyone (including me) has tons of spare cash to do it all at once. If you want to do shorts at $0.77 each go right ahead. I'll still be watching this channel!! LOL!!

That Dodge is easily and cheaply rebuildable I tore 1 up worse and for less than 2k had it safely on the road again in a couple weeks a few hrs everyday working on it the hardest part was getting a rolling frame on a Saturday when the you pull it yard was only open 8 till noon
One advantage. Casey’s shorts won’t have any “skid marks”… lol
So wise , Thank You . Another fine example of how to use what you have to do the job.
Casey you do the jobs properly everytime you goout to help someone, I subscribed to your shorts channel, it was fine ,i look forward to seeing all your videos thank you very much 👍
Hey! I like shorts, sometimes I don't have the time to watch longer videos. Fact is anything longer than 30 minutes, unless well edited lose my interest pretty fast. Though you saying "I'm not good at this, you are good at making it interesting. 👍

When I started uploading this one I screwed up and set it to go live as soon as it uploaded
Thank god you made a seperate shorts channel, there is no way to filter out shorts (and streams) in the subscription box and its only because google doesn’t want to add it.
Yikes that truck got tore up indeed. Don’t you hate when you turn the wheel but keep going straight? Ouch. You sir vex me! You are too good of a recovery guy and pulled that rig out too easily without undue collateral damage no less. More cowbell! Or at least throw in some explosions here and there to spice it up lol. Loving the content and best wishes on your new short channel, safe wheeling out there.
Awesome recovery that was kind of sketchy I thought in the ice. But I should have known you save the day and plus the owner was there to help
Casey you crack me up!! For all the work that you have to do to get this truck back on the road, not figuratively of course, but up to higher ground, and your commenting how beautiful your "office" is today!! I don't doubt it is, just funny hearing you admiring the scenery when we all know that is not going to be a fun pull at all!! 😂
You might look into one foldout road signs saying something like SLOW TOW CREW AHEAD
I don't watch shorts, they don't interest me. KZread you suck if you demand Shorts from your KZreadrs. Hats off to you for not caring for shorts.
Absolutely love it when Content creators reveal the 4th wall
I mean if you total your truck, you better make it count. And that he did.

@ about 5:05, when the front drive line dropped to the ground, I thought that might cause a problem pulling it forward up the bank. It didn't seem to natter much till you took off up the road a bit.
Casey you truly do a great job. The way you handle things in your business is top notch. You do truly care about your viewers by not being arrogant and Mr. know it all. Also you are very soft spoken that says a lot about you. Keep up the good work and be safe out there.

I'm wondering if the manufacturers are aware of this. I have no idea how someone could let them know about this problem and hopefully fix it. Photos might help, but that might open up a different can of worms.
Shorts, reels, mini videos... all to try and take viewers away from Tik Tok. I like the longer videos!
I live in Scotland and check your site every day to see if there is anything new if not I check if I have missed of the older ones, love your State it’s scenery is amazing.

Love your wrecker ! I drove a '76 F-350, 460 c.i.d. 4speed. Through the streets of Atlanta.
You are correct about "shorts". Decent length is needed to allow a story to develop and be revealed. Pass these sentiments on to KZread.
Great recovery. 😮 That truck is totaled and I'm amazed that you got it out.
On Friday I saw that pickup and wondered what happened to it......On Saturday I tuned into this channel and found the answer to this question. Pretty cool!
Better than tv or cable. Nice clean video that the whole family can watch. Thank you Casey!
F = ma .The air bags did not go off because....the acceleration during impact was not sufficient along the negative longitudinal axis. The force vector to cause a negative acceleration on the longitudinal axis has to be from the front of the vehicle towards the rear of the vehicle. This explanation is for frontal airbags. Side airbags require a force vector perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The landing of this vehicle during impact would indicate the main force vector was upwards from the front axle up thru the top of the cab and just not enough from front towards the rear of the vehicle. (by the way I am a bag person also for 8 years now)
That’s a beautiful old truck. Even covered in Ochoco road grime. I hope you do fix ‘er up like new. Would love to see it more doing more good work. Thanks for the great videos!
