The volunteers want to get Hinton Manor back in steam, let's hope it happens. I want to have a ride behind her, she is my second favourite Manor after all.

Interesting layouts there but its a shame that most of the steam engines' where moving much too fast when running around or shunting .

It's tricky getting the balance between accurately dead slow, and boring, waiting for something to happen, or more active, and running too fast!

Yes, easy to overdo the scale of speed. Also too slow and spectators will get bored?
