I am intending to do a 100k ride in a day but it only has 2 hilly parts which I will walk if need be. You guys climbing 120ks in a day inspires me to think I can do it. Hats off from New Zealand guys. Lovely clip.

Is it that much? My longest training rides were about 110km. You get fitter as the trip progresses. My motto is you can never be fully prepared. Do the best you can and adapt along the way.

Inspiring and touching. Both you and Keith are in my prayers. It sure makes me wish I’d done more strenuous exercise in my life. 🌺🌼🙏
