Thanks Karl. Your support to the channel is appreciated a lot
Flippin eck, for £215 sterling i'd be fine with the the the appearance of the complex form all angles. Excellent value!!

Agreed, that was one minor negative to this place. Overall it’s fantastic value
I like this one and the price is good 👍
Been waiting to see new nordic, thank you!
Can you check out One Tower on Soi 4, thanks.
Nice thx
This complex is in my top 5 so far for when I move to Pratumnak next year. One question I have is is there any easy way to get up to Kasetsin road from the New Nordic building? Or do you have to go down towards Phra Tam Nak 4 Alley then East and around past the Vision condo complex? One wish I had with Pratumnak is a bit more North/South connectivity between all the East/West roads

I’m not 100% certain, but the side alleys on Soi 4 are dead ends which block you from cutting through to Kasetsin. The alleyway in which the New Nordic 3 was located circles around back to Soi 4. Next time I’m in that area I’ll have a better look and give you a definitive answer

@@PremierTraveler I appreciate that but fear the worst that there is no easy access between the two roads. It seems weird the city planners did it that way but oh well!

@@clrodrick I’ve lost count the amount of times I’ve had to walk long distances in Pattaya due to dead ends on long Roads. In Naklua they have many roads like that especially

@@PremierTraveler I guess every city has its flaws and that is one of Pattaya's. A shame because due to the heat conditions one doesn't want to be navigating a maze with so many dead ends hahaha
