been bumping this song since 2017. helped me through a lot.

I'm a 21 year old male and I haven't cried in over four years. I was walking back from the gym; about half a mile from my house on a snowy night in South Dakota. This song was shuffled through one of my chill vibe playlists. I just let my mp3 player shuffle through the various playlists. This song came up and all of a sudden, I got hit with this heavy wave of loneliness; I started thinking about my sister that I haven't talked to in over a year, my cousin who almost raised me like a mother (whenever I went to see her), my mother, father, aunts and uncles, my best friend/roommate, and all my friends in my life that created some experience with me. Just everyone in my fortunate happy little life that I do not keep in touch with because I move a lot. I felt so alone, since the last two years. I have built this personality where I try to keep everyone out of my life as much as possible. including my friends in South Dakota. This song has no lyrics, so I just let the melody recreate my memories into a story in my mind. I felt like I crossed a binary, like I'm going to try to make an effort to cherish everyone in my life, while letting them know how important they are to me. Anyways...I hope you enjoy this song.

It took me 5 years no lie

I met her after class, she was dragging her feet on the ground being childish as she always is. I approach her questioning why she does so... She looks up at me with a big smile on her face and she laughs. She tells me she doesnt know what Im talking about as she drags her feet even more. I look at her, her eyes sparkling as she looks at the ground smiling. I fell in love with this girl, and I couldnt stop myself. The next year comes, GR. 10. Its like the time flew by... all these months of me purposely running into her in the hallways, just so she could call my name and smile at me, that was enough to make my day. One day, it seemed she wasnt walking home with her sibling or any of friends, I go to walk with her home. As we got to the light where we would part ways, I confessed to her. It seemed like time slowed down, I looked at the walk light counting down, it felt like the slowest seconds in my life. She takes her bike and she walks across the street, i swear I heard her say under a breath as she walked by me "How can I go home after that." I approached her the next day after school, its as if she was acting like nothing happened, it put a hole in my heart. Before I knew it, when I walked her to class she always greeted me off with the word "buddy" or "pal"... like she wanted to wash away all of my feelings like they were never there....

Alright well, things have actually been going really well, I know this is months old but I find it fun and relieving to talk about this other people who actually care. I don't know if she has feelings for me too but she always makes me happy. Just the other day I walked with her home and it was the best 15 mins I've had in a while, I was making her laugh and the way she looked at me made me feel really warm. It's weird to say but sometimed just having her presence near me makes me feel happy, I never knew liking someone so much could have that affect, yesterday was her birthday and I ran into her in the hallway after school, we were near the stairs with one of friends and we were talking about fighting each other as a joke and her friend teased me and said I give her bad looks on the bus and my crush ran over to me and acted as if she was punching me, her friend ended up going home and as we were going up the stairs she mentiones the bad look thing on the bus again as a joke and she gentyl brought me close to the stair railing, I asked if she was going to push me off and she said maybe and we both laughed, for a good 5 seconds we made eye contact and I looked away trying not to blush. Her younger brother walked in and she had to go. Well yeah thats about it, I know this doesnt mean she 100% has feelings for me but these things are enough to satisfy me. I'll update you guys next month

This song reminds me of a certain two people... we spent a summer together going to the beach, staying up late and generally goofing around. It was a great time, but it hurts to think about it knowing that things will never be the same again. I miss them, but I'm happy i got to spend that time together

I'm 22 yr old female i had this song on playlist forever and it always takes me back to summer days when i was young er about 16 years old. I would be laying outside on my blanket, with my headphones in my ears and let the summer breeze brush my face as I laid there watching the clouds roll by, i would do for about 20 minutes in the right weather temp being 74-75 degrees. now that I'm older i listen to this song and it always brings me back to this memory. wonderful memory wonderful song.

It's been 9 months since my first comment on this video. And it's been a year since my world came crashing down. I love this song, and it means so much to me when I hear it. I'll select a song from AnimeVibe and just let it play through randomly and every time this song plays, I feel something. Some regrets, some happiness, some sorrow, and get these surges of memories I wish never happened.. but I love this song, it means so much to me. I used to listen to this when I was a teenager, thinking that this song alone was capable of condensing all my sorrows and hurt in a therapeutic way. Today I’m a 27 years old man trying to get the life I deserve, I’m in therapy and I’m taking my meds. I’ll be okay in the future, slowly but surely.
