WOW, I love when a cop realizes you have a dash cam. I had one pull me over about a year ago, tried to say I was doing 90 in a 75. Luckily my dash cam saves to the cloud when my phone is near, and when I played it back to the officer, should have seen the look on their face. Cam said i was doing 77 in a 75, as I had my cruise control on. They tried to fish as well for window tint, mine is illegal, but i rolled down my front windows when I saw them behind me. They asked me to roll them up so they could test, I told them to kick rocks as it was not the original reason for the stop. It was a fun encounter, had 3 cops surrounding me as they tried to find something to pin on me. I left after 20 minutes when a supervisor that I requested showed up. Saw no reason to detain me further.

More and more people are going to get dash cams, front and rear, with MPH superimposed on front display. You will catch so many liars, uniformed or not. Should be a real game changer.

Phillip, if pissing cops off was an Olympic event, you would have just won the gold medal by the length of the straight. This guy is the Patron Saint of the auditing community.

Thats why I always keep a few plastic worms in the console...to help that poor cop on his fishing expedition. If you want to going fishing, you gotta have bait, dude.

That was one hell of a fishing expedition, first following to close, then speeding, then window tint, anything to get you in those hand cuffs.

This was the perfect stop. I’d argue both sides pushed as far as possible on the Constitution. However, the constitution is designed to restrain government from abusing your God given rights. Both sides abided by the legal document (in their own way as private or public human). This was perfect.

I was in an accident and cracked my skull open and woke up 3 days later in the icu. The police wrote on the affidavit that i was being uncooperative and not listening to their orders even though i was knocked out. Seems like no matter what you do they’re gonna get you, even if you’re not conscious.

No "cause of action" no "standing" "perjured affidavit" breach of sworn and fiduciary duty (aka treason) deprivation of rights under the color of law attempted extortion and damaging YOU using the courts, when you had done no wrong. Require the video of the interviews be produced. AND we the people have no obligation to help them in their "interrogations." NO OBLIGATION to cooperate with the habitually ling felons and hard to follow orders when you are knocked unconscious. NOT that you had any obligation to follow their orders anyway....lol After 18 years watching these habitually lying traitors the more I see hear watch and read the more I abhor and HATE THE ENTIRE terrorist felon profession with my entire being.

Never argue with police as that will only prolong the traffic stop. Ask for the reason for the nature of the stop and let that be it. Just remain silent and don't answer questions. Let them gather the evidence against you, don't offer it to them. I wasn't following too close or speeding. They need reasons to pull you over even if they sound outrageous DO NOT ARGUE OR DEBATE. You will only prolong your detention.

That's very good advice. You aren't obligated to make any statements that may incriminate yourself. Let them conduct their investigation, if that's what they're doing, and then leave when they've completed.

If you were to show photos from your phone in court. Your phone becomes evidence and property of the court. FYI.

I would love to hear an explanation of how this is a service to the community. This is pure harassment, and an attempt to find a reason to extort money from a citizen that wasn't breaking the law. American law enforcement is a joke.

isn't it stunning how much fishing he is doing, he is trying SO hard to get you to admit guilt of some sort so he can issue a ticket that he can later say in court that you admitted guilt, I suspect most people would not have understood why he was asking those questions, its literally to get you to admit guilt of some sort so you can't refute anything he's about to write down... this was the perfect demonstration of why you NEVER answer questions, because they NEVER are to "help you" out... only them...

mikegrotting - well if you saw some other comments, you would see in essence they did, on their facebook page they congratulated the officer for showing "immense restraint in dealing with a difficult individual" when they linked to his youtube video... and then all the wives and friends of officers chimed in saying what a jerk he should get a life and just give up all his rights... well they said it a little different, I paraphrased... P.S. basically they praised the officer for not harming him, because many of them said they would "not have been as nice" and countless other things they said they would have done to him... essentially they all acknowledge they would have violated the law and this mans rights, all because they suffer from the same submission addiction and think everyone else in society should just give up their rights because an officer wants them to... insanity...

Well played Sir! You know they had to be frustrated as heck. The female looked like she wanted to choke you out for questioning her authority. Had that shitty smirk as she walked off. The reason for the stop was pre-textual because they didn't even check your tint till later.

This department's badge numbers correspond with their IQ.
