When healing teammates if you have your healing items in a MFAK bag and in one of your fast equip spots it won’t let you access it. It has to be removed from the container first. I usually run tourniquets, bandages, and splints in my belt or pockets then my surgical kit or blood in my chest piece. Biggest goal when you team goes down into a coma is to stop the bleeding. Tourniquets, while they may not stop the pain, have a shorter timer and can slow the blood loss in a pinch if you still need to clear the area.

use your spare bags for inventory management, just easier to find anything when they are organized in sections than just scrambled

A huge tip is to explore the map the way the shader compiling works in this game is it renders the shaders on the spot the first time you go somewhere, which is why the first time you go to a location you get massive frame drops.

I got those drops in my first 25 minute playthrough and I did a refund. But is it normal to get 100% cpu usage and overheating while frame drops happen? could be overheating related to those drops/shaders compiling? Thanks!

I think the ability to zoom in to the mini map and it remembers the last zoom when ypuboprn and close and maybe only hold a small right left corner instead of taking up the right screen

I forget who tested it but, healing each other is faster then just healing yourself.

Another Tarkov trick that works in this game is to remove the pistol grip and magazine from your AKM and M4 rifles. You reduce the height of the gun by 1, and the pistol grip + magazine takes up 3 squares, instead of the 4 or 5 squares that would be taken up with the increased gun inventory height.

Damn, from gun lance to gray zone.

I find it more fun to just deploy with no gear, just a knife....and then scav for gear and weapons....that way if I die or get team killed it dont hurt as much haha

I just tried playing with just a knife in escape from tarkov and it was disastrous. The knife does no damage. I slashed a scav over 10 times in the back and I still got shot to death. Dumb as ****.

Using FSR with an nVidia card will have you crashing more, but gives slightly higher FPS. Frame Generating on FSR will generate noticable input lag. DLSS with the Perfomance settings, and Post-Processing > Sharpening at 200 is the way to go for non-4000 nVidia series. (DLSS sharpeness at 0).

atm i wouldnt wear glasses or goggles as the glint is stupid, looks like you have laser eyes lol

Why not just buy the ACOG and slap it on your backup M4's as the carry handle acts as a mount for it?

Havent tried that yet so its cheaper but you hardly lose kits in this. I just buy the M4 with a SpecterDR scope and then buy a RC1 suppressor with the muzzle attachment it needs i forget what thats called but thats like 5k give or take. And a very nice M4 build

@@Travarianb I’m saying relatively to something like tarkov but im level 11 and been to Ban Pa or whatever as well as the bunker and the Fort Narith right next to the bunker. That Fort is where i lost my kit and i was on my way back to get it when the server crashed. If you play solo i can see kits getting lost more but if you just partner up with a random whos a similar level yall can clear shit pretty easily even if one of you dies. Just stash their gear so if they die again it doesnt despawn. Rinse repeat. Loving the gameplay loop.

FSR makes the game super grainy so i would go with DLSS

Make sure to update your drivers. I went from 35 frames to 120.

Hold CTRL + Scroll to slightly change how high or low you want to crouch

Game is way better than Tarkov and I’m running it at 170 FPS.

Im trying to play at work and i have a 3070ti and an i7 I cant find any setting that wants to work for me. Constant like 30 fps

I have a pretty good system, so I have a fairly consistent 120 fps, but what kills me is the terrible latency in the servers. 80% of the time I'm just rubberbanding all over the place and getting a headache.

I was really looking forward to this until I saw that it had the multiple versions where you buy extra crate space the more you spend on the game. So, so tired of this trend in games.

Here are my tips after 120+ hours: 1. Do not pick up dead enemies' weapons unless they're one of these guns: M4, CQ-41, AK-74M. Other than those, don't bother. Those guns suck and they don't sell for much, just take up more space than they should. 2. When taking a gun from a dead guy, don't take all the mags. Take only 2 mags and unload the rest for ammos. They take up less space and you can reload each mag during down time. 3. Don't take a shot if you can't guarantee your survival. Find a better position to take cover where no one can shoot you and pick them off because as soon as you fire a shot, they're all gonna come for you, no matter how far away you are. 4. DO NOT rush Gunny to level 3 by buying from him, it's not worth it. The 60 round mag is not that necessary and the MK18 is basically a lighter M4, nothing more. Just wait for his quests, even though they might come a little scarcely. 5. Manually unlock as many LZs as possible early in the game so later you don't have to do that again. Just stash all your gears and walk to those LZs or ask other people who have already unlocked them to take you there.

I have a 4060 and I kept crashing till I put shit on low I am using dlss on performance getting capped frames at 120 no problems since I put it to low medium and high I was getting 120 frames I just kept crashing so low settings it the way to go untill the game is optimized

For me even on max setting My body and everything looks low poly. If anyone can tell me how to fix this I'd be very happy. Reason why is because I can't tell an insurgent from a food stand from more then 8 feet away...

You can't put backpacks in backpacks. Atleast it does not work with Scorpion backpacks. Edit: Putting a Scorpion into a Patrol does work. Weird.

@@JeuneF Open an empty Scorpion and hover the other Scorpion over it's empty space. The underlying cells turn green so it would suggest that it should work. I hope you can understand. English is not my mother tongue.

First tip: your game might not work

FSR is about 50fps increase but it crashes the game constantly. DO NOT USE FSR YET. PS: With FSR frame gen creates almost a second input lag

Gotta shoot for organs like the heart or lungs I one tap many ai bc I use sp or HP rounds if they ain't got armor. Just aim middle of the chest with some sp or HP and you will drop them very fast one or two shots

idk wtf is up with this game, idk if this is a bug or just the game like this but this is unplayable for me, my eyes hurt when playing this game, game is a blurry pixelated mess, im not kidding this is the worst looking game ive seen, in a game where spotting is really important its just insane, unless i find out its a bug or something i am not playing this game, i cannot see anything after 20 meters, i have to kiss my monitor and look between pixels to see something its crazy, either people somehow dont care or this is a bug, ive tried all settings combination and even disabled anti aliasing in the game files, nothing worked.
