@Salamah Channel Al-Maliki Quran&Hadith yes but it's still extremely risky... too many cases of foreign nations aircraft crashing exist even over the most basic pilot errors... I would not trust these aircraft even if I was stranded in the wild needing evac... With that said I believe they could maintain a very small air force... China seeks to take advantage of them and China stole all of our mil craft plans and are fully capable of repairing them

My guess is that Americans are fixing those, since Saudi Arabia isn't bowing to American hegemony. This benefits the American interest and Americas pockets. The reasoning is that why would Russia sends their mechanics when fixing the Taliban air force would hurt their relations with Saudi Arabia

Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them. (19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).. I dislike the Taliban intensely, but as to the Afghani people, you can go back a lot lot further to illustrate their toughness... The US and the Russians are only the most recent to NOT learn the lessons of the past. Alexander the Great didn't beat them, his people became them... The Brits tried twice and got their behinds handed to them. Everyone in between Alexander and the Brits had to essentially be absorbed to claim any "win." Nope the afghani's are basically the same as they were 2000 years ago irrespective of the veneer of religion or anything else for that matter... But, the negative side is that...they are almost identical to the people of 2000 years ago, no progress as any is quashed by those who will not let go of the past. So, in the future, I suggest big countries just leave them alone, jump on their heads with both feed if the harbor terrorists who then attack others, but for example the US should have left as quickly as they could 20 some years ago, and forget who runs the place. Any afghani who can get out of there take them in...but do not try to subdue the Afghani's. I mean their national sport is polo with a dead goat (Buzkashi) and contestants die it is so rough...and supposedly has been played with dead human bodies of enemies. I mean, really, what you gonna do with that? I do NOT suggest invading them, that's for sure... Smack them upside the head really hard militarily if they look outward, they will respect that, but don't get mired in there... It is NOT worth it.

Maybe the mechanical parts, not so much the electronics

To get these aircraft sufficiently airworthy to fly will not have been that hard. There are aviation engineers in Afghanistan and across the Muslim world who would have been willing to assist get them flyable. But there is a huge difference between an airframe that can get into the air, and one that has all the avionic systems working to make it a combat aircraft.

They probably got help from American competitors in exchange for access to the planes to study them . The Chinese are expert at reverse engineering and would definitely be interested. I'm assuming the Russians would be interested too.

It's not repairing them that's the biggest issue, it's the parts. The black market for parts must be way richer than the US thinks. There are strict laws against selling certain parts to hostile nations but I'm sure someone is selling under the table and nations that have spare parts probably are not properly vetting who their customer really is.

Pakistan uses these sorts of military hardware. The ISI in Pak. would have been quick to assist the Taliban. The Saudi govt. would be quick to assist the Taliban too.

Why is anyone in the comments not even suspecting US had helped restore the aircraft or they didn't even really destroy them in the first place ... This was evident when one helicopter was flown the very next day of US leaving Afghanistan

Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them. (19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).. Don't forget that during the first Taliban regime (1996-2001) ,they hijacked the entire national airline, Ariana Afghan Airlines, which had Boeing, Airbus as well as Russian passenger jets such as Tupolevs and Antonovs and used it to fly to their allied countries like UAE and Pakistan.

From what I Heard from locals back in Kabul PLA forces were in bagram about 4-5 months ago but we can't say it's them who fix these air crafts.

Everything in this world is figurable. A bush machanic who has never been to school can fix any machine. Besides it's the duty of engineers to make things simpler to use, to maintain and replace.

well people in asia do this all the time , like for example its the shell of a U.S. helicopter but more than likely its not its engine so the performance wont be the same as the ones mechanic by American contractors . it is probably not safe to fly over other countries with them and its even dangerous just to sit in it to begin with but maybe in about 20 years they will have experience enough to get everything done right .
