there will be more restrictions now there is a left wing government in power, and power will go to their heads, it's essentially the same government as when Rudd and Gillard were Prime Ministers. So we will get the same policies that Rudd and Gillard gave us. With weak leadership.

Anthony Albanese didn't win the election, Scott Morrison lost it. The Liberal National Party coalition (Lib/Nat)and the Labour Party (Lab)are two sides of the same coin, in America's pocket. Eight independent women candidates were elected showing Australia's dissatisfaction with both major parties. They stood on a women in power policy winning women's popular vote. The Lib/Nat Party assured Albanese that they would not block supply and would allow Albanese and the Labour Party to form a government. Pretty good when the opposition votes you into power! Like the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, it's the same players, only changing where they sit.

And then they just handed their preference votes straight to the guys people were sick of in power, and wanted change from. 2 party system is not hard to work out. If you don't like one party vote the other party in. It's even more important in Australia with the way preference votes work. Until we adopt a more central style government like the Nordic countries (democratic socialism) we're stuck with a 2 party system.
