I do not know why everyone is freaking out about this missile and how far it can travel. Russia probably already have subs parked right outside of NYC/DC and US has missile parked near Russia's coastlines. Bottomline, Russia and U.S. had nukes that can destroy the world serval times over since the 60s. One of the main reason Russia is at war with Ukraine is possibility of Ukraine joining NATO. By joining, NATO can have missile and other weapons on Russia's border. The last time U.S. and Russia came close to war was the Cuban missile crisis in the 60's where Russia was in the process of sending nuclear missiles to Cuban (U.S. backdoor). So, the U.S. should understand Putin's position about having Ukraine joining NATO. I do not think Putin should have gone to war where, like all wars, innocent people dies.

Russia uses big yield because their accuracy isn't good, The US uses smaller yield because the accuracy is pinpoint. Russia uses 3 warheads in a triangle to insure damage, the US uses 1 warhead because it's accuracy. The US uses dial a yield to set the yield from 300KT to 20 MT , Russia does not have this, their yield is set from production. The Russians also do not have hardened capability another reason for their use of big yield. Russians also don't use neutron weapons, high radiation and gamma rays , low yield explosion. There have been many times that nuclear war could have happened, but it never did. Khrushchev nearly brought the USSR into an atomic warfare with the USA.

The US is well on that stick and those sticks can also reach Russia in a matter of minutes. It's just that Americans don't sing about Nuclear weapons like they never sang to anyone even on their last use of Atomic bombs.Nobdy knew or was ever informed about it.
