Actually, this bug has appeared since Arena season 2. I tried Graves and when I shot at every type of plant in the game, the bullets would fly infinitely. I thought it was completely normal and had no complaints

Its old this bug, working sometimes without a specific item usualy 1 of 3 hits had infinite range

I think there's a twitch bug but I'm not sure, the game just started, i was going to lane,enemy twitch showed in the mini map in his jungle,

No, It will Release after patch 5.2, It could be anywhere in 5.2 (for example a month later or even 3 months later)
