What a wonderful brotherhood. I'll always be grate to Allah to allow someone like from one of the poorest country in Africa(Mozambique) to learn English and to become Muslim. I learned a lot about Islam watching this brilliant scholars. Much appreciated from Mozambique. May Allah give us the best ramadan ever

Sheikh Oduro is our beloved brother and we Love him for the sake of Allah but our admiration and appreciation for him shouldn’t let us make him a scholar, he himself wouldn’t claim that, Being a student of knowledge, sheikh or scholar, these are mere scientific ranks have nothing to do with emotions, May Allah increase him in knowledge.
Yaqeen's Quran 30 for 30 has become a Ramadan tradition for me for a few years now, and I just can't express how much I'm grateful for the effort that goes into this series. It truly has deepened my love for the Quran and allowed me to see it as the ocean of knowledge that it is. Jazakumullahu khairan for your sincerity and incredible efforts mashallah. Because that healthy fear and love for Allah is why we look at rulings of the Deen with such devotion. Such a profound line. I will be borrowing it 😂

The thing i love about islam and the Quran is that we dont know what part of them will be special to somebody´s heart. Someone may like a ayah that ive been reading all my life and that same person may think that that ayah is special to him and touches his heart.
Yaqeeen is doing a brilliant job of building such love of these scholars in our hearts by bringing them together every Ramadan. We are honored to know them now through Yaqeen Alhamdulillah ❤

So true that sometimes you need the fear factor. There was this shouting sheikh that I used to listen to from time to time (even though I hate that khutbah style) because his dawah style is to scare you to death. Haven’t watched him in yearrrs but was recently thinking I should. Even though the “God loves you” type reminders work best on me, sometimes you really need someone to shake you/wake you up.
Alhamduillah - with certain holidays that the West considers 'drinking holidays', I am ever so grateful to not be in that life any more.
