I have had the E6000-40 since May 2013. Seeing as it was a demo, I was mising lot of the items. Like the setup disk. And since it was so new at the time, I had nowhere to turn for proper training. I ran across your videos today and you have definitely answered many of my unanswered questions. Like cutting past the set rollers and setting the conditions. Thanks so much!!!

nice video, can u show us how we can use perforatet cutting oder working with passmarks ? should i do this settings on the Graphtec for this or on Cutting master or in Illustrator ?

Any reason when I do a cut line which I just create a box and use the stroke for the cut line it double cuts. Cutting the inside and outside of the stroke.

How do you print media on plain white vinyl.

Hey I have my media loaded but when I press 2 it says LOAD MEDIA! As if I don’t have media in there, both rollers are aligned where they should be so I don’t understand the error

Sounds like a silly question but you keep saying "let's go back to the menu xyz" but you don't explain how to go back to the paper loading menu. Do you just have to turn off the machine and turn it back on again if you've already selected 1 2 or 3 and want to go back and change it?

how to load media error issue

Is there a reason that when I contour cut it is slightly cutting Into my image. I have had several successful prints and cuts prior to this issue. Please help?

I have 2 machine grapthec ce6000 60. It often missing to countour cut over 2mm. Not precicion.

What is the required computer to operate this machine

When I attempt to load a sheet into the cutter, I select "3-Sheet" in the Load Media window. The cutter rolls to the front, measuring the width, then rolls to the back and returns. Upon returning, it completely loses the sheet, meaning the sheet falls out off the cutter. I haven't found anything that addresses this. What am I missing?

@@jotoimagingsupplies i have done "1-Roll Front Edge" but that doesn't give me the length of the material. It only gives the width.

What's the purpose of "sheet" if my best option is to choose "roll" in order to make this work?

Make sure there isn't any obstruction to the sensor in the back. I put tape over mine so I know the experience.
