Atleast be grateful you already knew that didn't you so why tell him?
Bruh the line is solid
Thanks a lot!
I only understand the first bit but thanks for the help
Thank you
Ty
it has to be dotted
How do you know where to put the line

It is the line y = x + 2 as he said in the video.
kzread.info/dash/bejne/oW1qycuvqMLTkqw.html if you need them for the SAT they tend to look different in desmos to.
you made a mistake since the inequality is y-x>2 the line should be dotted
Someone pls help me put. I’m confused because if you plug (0,0) for x and y, your left with 0>2 which is not true and you’d need to shade below. What is the error I’m making?

you can't just plug random numbers in, because then the inequality doesn't hold true. so, when u sub (0,0) you get 0 > 2, which is false, therefore you don't shade it

Oh so if it’s not true, you just shade the part that does not include the point? Like since 0>2 is not true, you shade above because it does not include 0,0 because that solution is false?

If there's one inequality, you shade the region that satisfies that inequality. If there's more than one inequality, you shade the regions that DON'T satisfy the inequality. But you're choice of 0,0 is definitely the best one. I like that idea!
