If it were me I would leave it as "GabrielCosta16" the number 16 is my age! Many people who create pseudonyms do this.

@@gabrielcosta1663 I'm 18, going to be 19 soon. I'm 3 months older than my girlfriend. 2121 is just a random number, it has nothing to do with my age. Also, most people would opt for their birthyear (which in my case would be 2002.) as they wouldn't have to update their name every year.

This is just like the MtM logo from the St. Elsewhere series finale.
