Grant Stone B-Grades are a really great value. I got a pair of Black Calf Travelers and they look flawless to me, although being all black makes it much harder to see whatever could be wrong.

Agree completely... such great value. I watch those b-grade pages weekly! You could be right - black has a way of hiding things.

Hey Patrick, great video. I’m sitting here wearing mine right now. Question, how do the suedes fit compared to the cxl? I’m thinking of picking up the navy ones. Cheers!

Thanks. Believe it or not, the suede seem to fit a little smaller. I tried a 10d on the the natty and it was too big. I had to sell them. But the 10d in the storm and coral suede work fine. Since then I've picked up the color 8 in 9.5d and they are great...which strengthens my opinion that you should go down 0.5 in their cxl options versus suede. But of course, your mileage may very.

Nice! I'm always checking out their b grade page. Picked up a pair that way just randomly checking it rather than waiting for the email. Nice pair man. I also find that the suede version is slightly better fit than my calf one. The latter feels tad bit tighter. I'm sure it needs to be broken in.

Good call! And I did the same last time I picked some up. I also agree. These feel slightly tighter/stiffer than my suede versions.

just picked these up in B grade. We'll see what they're like!

Awesome videos lately. The leather will probably become more uniform in color once you wear them around for a little while. How are the sneakers holding up? Perhaps consider doing 3 months / 6 month follow up on how some of the grant stone items are holding up and evolving

Thank you! I'm glad to hear someone else thinks they might get closer in color. Ha! The sneakers are holding up great. A byproduct of trying to get new stuff for the channel is that I have tons of stuff to wear and break in, so to be honest, I haven't even worn the GS sneakers in awhile. Boot season is coming so I'm trying to get more wear on those first. I also find unless I'm wearing something daily, 3 months is probably too quick of an update interval. Thx a lot for the thoughts though! I will try to do more frequent updates where it makes sense! 😎

Do you think you could fit into 9.5 D I have 10 D in Deisel but would like to wear loafers always without socks....thanks

Good question, and yes. I actually think 9.5d would have been way better. Breaking them in hasn't fixed the heel slip unfortunately. But I do have some "tongue pads" on the way to see if that helps, otherwise I gotta sell em!

How did you get them for $200? That's a huge discount.

They are B-grades, which have a big markdown. And on Labor Day they ran a sale offering 15% more off all B-grades and sale items. I agree, it was a huge discount!

I'd buy that for a dollar!
