The former NBA-er said Grant Hill had the quickest first step of anyone he ever saw--and think of all the legends in that era. Sad he succumbed to injuries, but his peak was up there will the all timers.

Grant Hill was basically LeBron before LeBron. He was the SF that could get you 25 points, 7 boards, and 7 dimes and was always a triple-double threat. I remember his first step and hesi in-between the legs crossover was so devasting that he was basically unguardable and like LeBron, he would always make the right play. I remember he was one of the first players that could really attack Mike and Scottie, usually, most players would cower in front of them but he was crossin' the shit out of them from day one! LOL We still got 6 really, really good seasons out of him before injuries took him out of his glory. He came back to end up being a solid starter for a few years but let's remember that Grant Hill was once christened as the Heir apparent to Michael Jordan for a very good reason. He was one season away from being crowned the king. He had it all, the swagger, the cool shoes, the maturity, and the bad chick (Tamia)! LOL Plus he bought FILA back!

A monster.. I loved his game. All of it. even as a native Chicagoan, I had to admit... Grant Hill is gonna be a 15 year problem.. I HATE that injuries ruined him.

1080p HD and it's still like watching a 70s TV show with a grubby, unwashed aquarium in front of it. Thank you though, still a nice watch.

Trying to compare his game to a current player. I can't think of anyone! 6'8". Guard quickness. Mid range. Aggressive finisher. Grant Hill is in his own class.

these are the only few talents way back in the 90’s that can put up a clinic. so much nostalgia seeing this video. I only watch Bulls, Magic and Pistons games back then. Jordan being the all time favorite then Grant Hill comes second and Penny Hardaway comes third. So much spectacle when their respective teams face off.
