@@Cow147-grant federal grants require a 51% ownership by a US citizen of the company and all or a percentage of the work has to be done in America. Like SBIR/STTR. Some US protectorates are included. Paying an expert isn't a guarantee. Edit: You should check with your government and see if they get any money to aid in business development and commerce in their country. It may not be distributed equitably - depends on your government.

I think it's because most of these companies just lie about giving out these loans to get the public to know them and also download their apps. I also felt so unlucky with these programs till i got a $35,000 Grant for my business through someone I was referred too

Thanks for the comment! Most of the times when applying for grants, there are no fees. There are sometimes an application fee to submit grants but this is very rare.
