"This video will be up for years" but the company won't 😔. So sad to see a store like this closing down just a year later. RIP Curtis.

Oh my goodness, what a cool shop you have in Omaha. I bought a knife from you years ago. What a bummer, just saw your store is closed. Take care.

Though of y’all today when I ordered a wildlife hatchet with a very cool dark heartwood handle. Thanks for these videos. Sad that there won’t be any more.

What a beautiful sight to see all those GFB in one place! Thanks for sharing a look at all these. I look forward to more videos in the future. I checked your site but I know it is hard to get much of this stuff right now. I am in the market for an outdoor axe soon. All the best!

Just placed an order! Been looking for these, but Amazon has them way more expensive and who knows where they're really shipping from. Its cool to see them here and you putting them on display. Can I please get the one at 12:12 ha!

You can find the second grade axes on their website but they only ship to Germany, Sweden, Finland, France and Denmark. Cosmetic faults only, though the axes are perfectly serviceable and a bargain at about a third off of the RRP.

The tighter or closer the wood grain, the stronger the handle will be; especially if this tight grain runs WITH the direction of the blade. A lot of pith means the tree grew fast, therefore it didn't have to struggle. A tree that had to struggle to get nutrients & water has close together grain & it's wood is dencer/tougher...STRONGER. 🤔💭Trees are sort of like people, those who had an easy/cushy upbringing tend not to have steel in their spines & salt in their guts....Give me a tight & parallel grained hickory handle please!!!!

Do you even have any clue of axes in general? Sound like you just sell them.
