So many things you can make with granny squares, like blankets, cushions, bags and all sorts of pouches, cardigans, ponchos, table cloths, wash cloths etc.

When making the two squares for the soul, should they measure from the toes to the heel?, also will all the other squares made have the same rows as the two used for the soul? Thanks for sharing I love these.

Yes, all squares should be the same size. Two squares diagonally from heel to toe. Hope this helps, onky got time for comments now!

If you need to make them bigger do you make larger squares or more squares?

Larger squares. Either using heavier yarn, a bigger hook or making an extra round for each square.
