You know... I'm not just a bead worker... my primary craft is actually crochet!!! I can't even tell you how many granny squares I've crocheted over the years! I never would have thought of this, making granny squares with seed beads!!! I love this!!!

@@nidhisurana I have a baby blanket and onesie I was commissioned to make for my son's coworker. She's paying me to make them for her nephew. :) This will be the 6th baby crochet project I've done in the past 2 months. I've been busy! lol

Oh my goodness, Nidhi. This is spectacular! My mum crochets lots of blankets and this would be the best gift for her. At 76 years old, she still has the Granny Square blanket that her grandmother made for her back in the 1950s. I think I’ll experiment making this in 8/0 beads as well. Maybe even make a double row bracelet with the colors to match her blanket. Thank you so much for sharing your designs with those of us with zero talent for designing. 💜💜💜

@SquaredSunshine my 76-year-old mum still has (in perfect condition) the granny square blanket her grandmother made her in the 1950s. Can’t wait to pass it down to my granddaughter (who is due next February).

Where do you get your fishing line? I made a pair of earrings using delica beads and changed one thing, instead of 2 beads around the last 4 corners I used 3, still turned out perfect!!

Most of them are Preciosa & some are local brands...they are also good 😊
