This is really impressive, I am into same line of business, but the degree of high tech machine I am seeing is out of this world to me, from the digital imaging to automated clinical cutting and edging!!!!! Bravo, I wish this is in Nigeria. Kudos to your efforts

interesting... High pressed water or polishibg with water are the ways to cut and make smooth of the serface! maybe one of the reasons why using water is to resuce the heat from friction heat.... and cheaper maybe?... I noticed that the origine stone is natural one ij the clip but I would like to know the possivility that we can make the sythetic stones with additional compounds of other processes. if we can, we could save more product and make cheep ones.... Im not the professinal but interresting and many ideas come up....

2.03-2.05 Околы - обрезки камня соскладированы крайне небрежно ! Возможно , в складе готовой продукции их не спеша и более аккуратно укладывают на поддоны . Определяют площадь , упаковывают плёнкой и крепят бирки ! Но в таком виде перевозка отходов крайне опасна и недопустима !

Stones chisels sand and water. Even on the insides of very tight places, on fragile pieces, some with complex curves with multiple angles, some pieces weighting Tons and microscopic flat. WOW hard to believe isn't it. 😱

@@alfredolopez567 , granito não é fruto de uma fábrica, mas sim de uma mistura irregular de "qurtzo, feldespato e mica". Essa fabricação é só o corte e demais trabalhos de acabamento, de uma rocha produzida pela natureza.

Probably cause they use a lot of high end machines with minimal labor. You have to have an insane amount of volume of work to justify having all this. Most shops have a single saw table and an edging machine. The rest is done by hand with an angle grinder and air polisher. I personally didnt like the reinforcement process. You're not supposed to cut all the way through the end of the counter.

They should be wearing safety masks. Silicosis is a enormous problem in the granite fabrication industry. Water droplets containing silica are suspended in the air and they get into the lungs, not only dust.

that is not fabrication it is manufacture. where is the skill set of the fabricator. i'm not disallowing the use of tools but that is robotics. i've used cnc machines. but it is not fabricating.

They should be wearing safety masks. Silicosis is a enormous problem in the granite fabrication industry. Water droplets containing silica are suspended in the air and they get into the lungs, not only dust.

Hell no. With all the dust and water, you could have an accident with the angle grinder, NEVER use glasses while fabricating granite.
Great high tech stuff but we still can't make a pyramid like Giza was made.. let that sink in

that is not fabrication it is manufacture. where is the skill set of the fabricator. i'm not disallowing the use of tools but that is robotics. i've used cnc machines. but it is not fabricating.

You are assuming they are only doing one granite countertop at a time. This factory likely has many countertops being produced simultaneously.
