This guy's Art Work is just lovely. But the Roller Coaster is a Huge 2 Thumbs Up. I am not just a Roller Coaster Enthusiast, I am also a Woman's Bobsleder (actually because of Roller Coasters). @@AdventuresWithAlex There are many more backyard rollercoasters, train rides, water parks, etc. out in the world than you can imagine.

Not only is Gary one of the best Papas ever, he is probably one of the brightest. Not just anyone can engineer a roller coaster properly and actually have it function. He obviously has a vast understanding of physics. That's a very intelligent man right there.

yes anyone can, lol you just need a hill big enough to make you go around the track. not crazy physics just basic knowlege. he doesnt need the square roots of anything, just a hill. haha

@@jinchovelazquez2605 he measured weight so he must have had 20000 test runs, so it doesn't only count on a hill. not only this, but he also had to make sure that the g-forces weren't too much.

Backyard Coaster 1 looks too intense for my back

we just got the chance to meet Gary and ride this on Saturday! such an amazing guy and truly an insane amount of airtime on the first hill 😂😃 it also was awesome getting to see his granddaughters' joy of getting to ride it

God please give me some grandchildren so I can build the backyard coaster that my wife never let me build..

What an absolutely amazing and awesome man/dad/grand-dad. Its too bad he became a grandfather so late in life that by the time his grandkids get really old enough to truly appreciate him, he'll be gone. Men like him are an absolutely rare. His offspring were very lucky to have a father like him.

Such a big intensity for a short ride can potensially can be used in so many places in major parks, as a quite small coaster.

That's cool! I had a neighbor who lived across the street, who built a merry-go-round in his backyard. His wife was my favorite baby sitter. They were like the grandparents I didn't have, back in the 70's. And, that was also in Tucson, Arizona. Miss you, Mr. & Mrs. Goblish! 😢

I got to say I'm very impressed! I don't think many people have something as cool as this in their backyard.

Gary should absolutely sell that self propelled merry go round. Like, as a garage business thing, not that specific one. I'd buy one in a heartbeat. And be broke because of it, but I'd be spinning and having fun and not care 😂

That looks so fun and I love the name "Gary" That was my dad's name. Love and miss you Dad.
