Hello, everyone. This is Grandma Fujian Grandma. I dug a large basket of sweet potatoes from Grandma's field. Dissolve the crushed sweet potatoes with water, pour them into the filter and squeeze out the water by hand. Leave it for one night. Precipitating sweet potato powder!

小时候家里大人都是等我们上学了才开始做这个。我们下课回家了就只看到缸里沉淀的地瓜粉，之后回家就看到晾晒的地瓜粉。所有工序我都没看过。看了视频才知道原来是这样的。原来外婆她们是在做地瓜粉。做家乡菜很需要地瓜粉，马铃薯淀粉啥的只能做到替代作用，但是口感还是不能跟地瓜粉比

Jesus Christ …iv never seen such huge swt/ potatoes !! my mum/dad grew swt/potatoes that size too, actually everything they grew like water melons,beetroot,corn,were gigantic n sizes. Peaches/nectarines/pears/plums were the size of todays coconut size 😳well just tiny fraction smaller.😂😂. So to see your swt/potatoes that size took my memory bak to my childhood. 60/70s era. This is a local variety of sweet potatoes (Fujian, China). We use chicken and duck manure as nourishment, and the weather is very good, so the sweet potatoes are big enough to explode!

Ở quê mình sau khi lắng nước 1 người ta gạn bỏ lớp bột sẫm màu trên mặt đi ( gọi là bột mủ). Sau đó khuấy với nước trong thêm 1 lần lắng qua đêm nữa, gạn bỏ lớp bột mủ lần nữa ( lần này ít hơn nhiều nhưng vẫn có) rồi mới phơi khô. Bột trắng tinh chứ ko nâu vành như video này đâu
