Not surprisingly, this is one of my all-time favorite recipes.
Everyone loves this recipe and is very happy when I make it for the whole family. Very easy to do for everyone. Just follow the simple steps and voila, the delicious cake is ready and everyone is happy. Try this easy and delicious recipe and let me know if you like it too.

Ingredients:
200 grams of butter
150 grams of sugar
3 eggs + 1 egg white
150 g sour cream
2 Table spoons of milk
300 grams of flour
12 grams of baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa
coconut ball:
200 g cottage cheese
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
100 g grated coconut
4 ml vanilla extract
Cream:
200 ml cream
200 ml crème fraîche
12 g cream stiffener
50 grams of chocolate
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 40 mins.
Baking pan diameter: 25 cm x 17 cm

I think with the time we are living in, it’s crucial to share Grandma’s recipes so that it may live on for the future. Some amazing recipes on this channel, unfortunately my grandmothers passed when I was small, and their recipes gone with them. My mother was a hamburger helper chef, wish she treated us with the care to prepare such beautiful things.

Walnuts! Great idea! I suppose just bout any nut would work. In Texas, USA they would use pecans. When I lived in Washington state I would have used Filbert. So many possibilities. I'll have to try them all!
