Ingredients: For the tandoori bread: 10 kg Flour 3 tablespoons of yeast (better if you mix it with water) 5 tablespoons of salt 1 glass of sugar Add a small amount of warm water and knead until it forms a dough. For the cheese: 20 liters of milk is heated. 3 tablespoons of rennet with an activity level of 1/8000 are mixed with 1 glass of water and added to the milk. (rennet available in all markets) Thank you.

Hello and thank you for your reply, I thought it was rennet the way the curds set but wasn't sure, I use instant yeast so no need to mix with water as you would with active dry yeast, I've got to say again the bread is amazing, I could almost smell it would love to know how to build the tandoor, I have space to build one and I would definitely bake bread in it, is it clay or metal lined? Thanks again for getting back to me :)

I would like to make grandma's cheese but where do I get the "yeast" she used from and what are the quantities also the bread looked amazing but again no quantities, I bake bread every week and make paneer cheese using either vinegar or lemon juice to curdle the milk is it similar? some answers would be great, many thanks.
