It's called verbal abuse. It wasn't just the cat that got it, but Tina also. AG also threw a mighty big object also which would of been physical abuse if it hit her or the cat. Anyway, even if it didn't hit them I bet it didn't feel nice to be treated like that. I've been in similar situations and when someone threatens or throws things, it's just absolutely horrible to be the target.
