    So Red fort and surrounding area is like Versailles, both developed from scratch by rulers who loved supporting arts etc and specially architecture. Also both in the same time period.Louis 14th and Sahajahan The only difference is that Red fort was looted multiple times by foreign powers, where as Versailles was built on the back of looted wealth from the Americas and the slave trade.

    Always fascinated by monuments and historical places of our nation but never have the time or resources to go out and explore them as of now. Thank you for the video (N.B. annoyed with the distorted loud background music, hope it's just not me) For some reason I feel, the American professor has wider knowledge and explanations than the Asst. Professor about this monument. No hate though.
