Great design. Fit and finish looks good. Very nice layout.

Absolutely love this. The other ones feel more utilitarian, which really appeals to me personally, but the GS50 could a “wife seal of approval”. The white paint, and deck colors, and the interior finishes really bring it to life. What an amazing vessel.

You know what would be nice are post holes for the bow to insert poles for a sun shade while at the dock, anchored or moored since you have seating up front. Maybe lay down and take a nap there too? When done just put a cork in the holes.

You could put some battens in that shade material to give it some righty and reduce the flapping.

Looks amazing. Another fab boat from you guys. Some questions please. Why use a drum windlass with chain? How does the bow area self-bail? What is the wall finish in the mid ships cabin? Can you fuel fill from both sides? Which synthetic have you used? Thank you

Why outboard engines ? Possibility for inboard volvo or other makes with diesel for better velocity and fuel efficiency ,?

Yeah, this can actually go out in weather that you'd never take a Scout in. Just the enclosed cabin alone is a game changer, never mind more berthing.

Sweet boat! I've been waiting for this tour. Hummm...given the remarks about the owner's water sports focus and given what I saw in two draws and given the close proximity...I'd hazard a guess that this boat belongs to Laird...then again maybe not. Yeah, the build time on a new boat is 30-36 months for most models depending on size. These are good problems for a builder but not ideal for our clients. We are working to add a new 60,000SF facility over the next 12 months which will help add more capacity. thank you for watching!

shawn, take a gander at the new Wellcraft 355S that is listed at $900K that is 13 feet shorter than the Grand Sport 50; it all comes down to what someone values a water craft at & how deep their pockets are.

I think the 41' full cabin is something like $1.3-1.4 million. So I'd shudder to think what the price on this 50 GS would be. But it almost has to be in the neighborhood of $2 mil. I'm sure it's worth it's worth every if you have the money. Because I believe most of their hulls come with a lifetime warranty.

I watched THIS video and found it very interesting, but I meant nothing mean by my comment-you briefly showed how a boat could make its own fresh water and I'm not familiar at all with those systems. You're good at explaining, and I'd love to see a boat that can stay at sea for a VERY long time making its own water and power. Sorry. Anyway hope you have a better day today

Thank you for watching. In terms of places to lay down in the boat there is a master queen-sized bed, twin XL under the settee, and the settee itself converts to an additional twin XL. Plus the outside bench is large enough to layout down in the sun.

Let me save you 22 mins of your life that you'll never get back.... Scroll 22 mins into the video and 90% of the tour is at the end. The rest is a long drawn out speech that would run customers off after that first 10 mins of wasted talking. Absolutley ridiculous to drag on talking about so much and telling us nothing.
