Man I really hope the issues you and your family faced got resolved by now, as my family of four are headed here the 1st week of Jan. I'm already debating of canceling and trying to find another resort, given the short time, it's unlikely.

Thank you for that information we won't be staying in this place it doesn't look like you and your family had a great experience sorry but thankyouforsharing this video, I recommend this amazing hotels when we go to Mexico we stay at Garzablanca or villa del Palmar in cancun or puerto vallarta Garzablanca.

Where will you be going to in the future?

Thank you for your honest review!! I’m assuming this is the resort next to the Sens. I booked Sens only cuz my family booked (thought it would be good as they usually know where to go) so I booked without checking reviews. My fault! I saw more bad than good reviews. I quickly cancelled. Hoping this was the best choice. I would never want to put my kids through hell on what’s supposed to be a relaxing spring break.

Beginning of January

I stayed for years ago for Spring Break... it was a terrible experience and could not wait to be home. I seriously don't think I'd go back if you paid me what it costs to stay here.

It is generally the cheapest resort to stay at in Cancun. However some pluses would be good lol. I’ve stayed at 3000$ a week 5 stars in Cancun that really weren’t too great either. Hit and miss in Cancun.

@@lakemaker I did a week at the Hilton playa del Carmen. Not Cancun but of course close to Cancun. Playa del Carmen is actually better than Cancun IMO. The beaches aren’t as stunning but the overall atmosphere and energy there is better. I recommend the Hilton. Very clean nice resort. Service is top notch there as well.

My flight was cancelled one year and they sent us there and our room was absolutely disgraceful 2/5 but all of the food was alright our view was of the roof of the building with ac and that stuff rus5y shower with drips so don’t stay in room 4404

​@lakemaker next time you should go to the riviera maya. I recommend the Barceló maya grand resort. It's more quiet and they have so many restaurants and beautiful pools.

They offer that hotel for $300 per week to convince people to attend time share presentations.

How much you paid for these? For the price I'm assuming you paid it looks decent to me, Cancun isn't cheap, if you want top hotels it'll cost you about 7k for 4-5 nights in Cancun, so price for these is decent.

It's run by a timeshare company called Vacation Store Miami. It literally says that on the website right above the name of the hotel.
