Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is in a great location. Connected to Canal City Hakata, one of the biggest shopping mall in Fukuoka. The room is spacious, clean and bed is super comfy. The hotel staff are friendly. Although for a "Grand Hyatt" level, I was shocked most of the people at the reception struggles with English.
