Sara Chicken based menu hai enjoy! my brother and his family doesn't eat red meat or seafood.

Fruit and Cream Chicken Salad
• Boiled chicken 1 cup, shredded
• Apple 1, peeled and chopped
• Pineapple 4 sliced, chopped (juice squeezed out)
• Salt 1 pinch
• Black pepper powder 1 pinch
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Fresh cream 1/2 cup
• Yogurt 4 tablespoons
Chocolate Bars
• 200 grams almonds
• 300 grams dates
• Milk Chocolate 1 cup
• Dark chocolate for decoration 1/4 cup (optional)
Coated Fries:
Ingredients
• Potatoes 2
• Corn starch 2 tbsp heaped
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Mexican Chicken Fajita Rice
Ingredients For spice mix:
• Chili powder 2 teaspoons
• Paprika powder 2 teaspoons
• Garlic Powder 2 teaspoons
• Cumin powder 2 teaspoons
• Sea Salt 2 teaspoons
• Dried Oregano 1 teaspoon
• Black Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ingredients for Chicken marinade:
• Chicken breast halves 3
• Olive Oil 1/4 cup
• Lime Juice 4 tablespoons
• Spice mix 3 tablespoons
ingredients For Rice:
• Rice 3 Cups
• Red Bell Pepper sliced 1
• Green Bell Pepper sliced 1
• Onion 1 medium sized
• Chicken cubes 1-2
• Lemon Wedges for garnishing
• Cilantro for garnishing
No-Oven Baked Chicken
Ingredients
• Whole Chicken 1-1.2 kg
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Paprika powder 2 tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Garlic grated 2-3 cloves
• Fresh Coriander chopped 1/4 cup
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice 6 tsp
Steak Chili Sauce
Ingredients
• Ketchup 1 cup
• Vinegar 4 tsp
• Hot sauce 4 tsp or more
• Mustard paste 2 tsp
• Worcestershire sauce 4 tsp

Whole spices:
• Cumin seeds 2 teaspoons
• Coriander seeds 4 teaspoons
• Fennel seeds 4 teaspoons
• Cinnamon stick 2 inch, broken
• Black cardamoms 2, broken
• Green cardamoms 4, broken
• Cloves 4
Powdered spices
• Salt 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
• Kashmiri chilli powder 3 teaspoons [you can use paprika powder too]
• Turmeric powder 3/4 teaspoon
• 1 teaspoon salt
Chicken Nihari Ingredient
• Chicken, 1/2 kg cut into pieces [Boneless or on bones]
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Onions 1 medium, blended into paste
• Nihari spice mix 2-3 tablespoons
• Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
• Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
• Water 2 cups
• Corn flour or roasted wheat flour 1-2 tablespoons mixed in 2 tablespoons water
