Once again mike, your videos are so informative, your honesty is what Lorraine and I really like, we love Cuba and the people, our last trip there, on our way to lunch one of the gardeners called us over and put a beautiful flower in Lorraine’s hair, and he made me a grasshopper out of leafs, which I put in my cap, turns out he was an older gentlemen and probably never gets any tips, needless to say later that week I gave him some things for his young son, and ten dollars, he started to cry and we made a friend we hope to see again, this was on cayo Santa Maria, again your videos are the best for people wanting to go to Cuba, thank you so much

I stayed at this resort in April and had an absolutely fabulous time. I didn’t upgrade. I had a beautiful ocean view room. The staff was friendly and the beach was beautiful. Will visit again.

Well it depends on the season and timing!!! The upgrade was a bit pricey but worth it!!! I think it’s cheaper now!!! But then it’s almost June

Wooooooooooooo like always you made my saturday very happy listen all the waves of the beach beautiful and better with that cerveza . Thanks again for the video the hotel really look very good i will go to Cayo Paredon and Cayo Cruz all new hotels but the best is the beach where you can walk kilometres and kilometres ..but for me is tooooo hot this months waiting for fall or winter when in Canada is really cold . Fantastic looking resort. Definitely will visit on our next Cuba trip. (We were at Melia Cayo Coco our last two trips to Cuba). Are all the Club rooms ocean view? Remember in Low season!!! When the plane fills up deals are over!!! Fewer flights so flights can fill fast!!! When I book I mayb 2-5 days in advance but I constantly keep looking, I’ve missed out to many times this year but of sell outs

Both work great!!! Totally explained it in the Iberostar Daiquiri Video I use either $1 USD or $5CAD and if I don’t have enough I ask if they have any to sell!!!

This place looks really nice. I love the room. I feel like a lot of places are renovating (at least from what I see in your videos). The seagulls! They are so much cleaner looking in Cuba lol. My wife and I also buy the upgrade when we book from here in Toronto, other times we book regular room and take our chances and ask for FREE upgrade when we get there. For the most part it works out. We were at the Grand Aston Varadero 2 weeks in February, and at Sanctuary Grand Memories Holguin in March. See you in Cuba, or at YYZ one of these days. Cheers!
