Take your time with it, it's really worth, if you get burn out from the farm just take a break and come back later, or you can AFK missions with AI CPU for farming!

Short explanation for Sandalphon's setting: the angels are some of the original Primal Beasts, made by Lucilius himself, the astral who first invented the very concept of Primal Beasts and was the best mind the astrals ever had. Among these angels, there were primarchs, more powerful and important than typical angels, and their commander was the Supreme Primarch, Lucifer. Lucilius' greatest creation, and arguably the strongest of Primal Beasts. Sandalphon is the one who succeeds Lucifer, made to be a backup for his role, and inherits Lucifer's powers after Lucifer dies due to plot reasons. So in short, he's close to the very top of what a Primal Beast can be. There are some more esoteric and dangerous Primals, but in sheer might, nothing else rivals him. Lucifer himself was basically the Jesus equivalent of the setting. A good boy, born 2000 years ago, who watched over the world, loved humanity, could casually call and chat with the God of the world Bahamut himself, and eventually died protecting others. Sandalphon had to succeed and fill in his shoes. Not quite Lucifer level yet, but he tries his best.

I’ll be really disappointed if they don’t keep this game going strong for a good while longer, even if they need dlc. Theres so many cool enemies and characters yet to be added and they would keep people coming back as long as they want.

Thats normal tho, games take 5+ years to develop these days, they release em and move on. not every game has to be live service.

What i think is gonna happen is the game getting a pause in the monthly updates for idk, about a year and then they release a big Expansion as a DLC like Iceborne Or at least that's what i want to happen lol. Having a pause or not in the updates, i think a DLC for this game in Iceborne level would be exactly what everyone needs. They could just put the original lore of Granblue in the game for you to play as a sort of NG+ (because it happens before Relink in the game timeline), having Phantagrande, Nalhegrande or even Oarlyegrande Skydoms would be AMAZING, seriously just search images of the island there, the design is incredible. They could actually add any of the other Skydoms that never got shown like Amahtgrande, Ecksegrande, Kahlesgrande or Wahnungrande, these are stated in the wiki but we never got to see them. I know they made Relink as a entire new game for this specific Skydom and part of the story but i don't care, i want the rest of Granblue Fantasy World in this game too and i would easily pay more for it

Yep, it's a travesty. Granblue Relink is the most fun game I've played in a very long time, it's such a mistake that they aren't going to make it live service.

They need to do it similarly to Monster Hunter World. Keep making small updates then one big expansion. Monster Hunter saga did not become what it is today overnight. Cygames has something special here which has the potential to finally be competition for MH. Have their marketing team figure out how much they can commit to a big DLC and use the money from those sales to make Relink 2. There are quite a few things which can be improved.

Just got to the Proud Quests earlier today. So I'm trying to get as much as done as I can before Sandalphon drops. Sandalphon is one of my favorite characters and has a great character development and redemption archs in my opinion. I'm excited for his release!

No PS players gonna wanna crossplay with PC players because of potential cheaters. idk if crossplay should be in this game unless your just trying to play with friends on other platform, otherwise not all PS player gonna want a PC cheater in their game because they ruin the fun for everyone by one shotting bosses unless they don't care and just want fast rewards/clears, then good for them, save them from some cancerous grind of this game. the game not even pvp anyway. but still, some people play for fun annd challenges but crossplay, i can see many ps player disabling that to lessen the amount of pc cheaters joinng their game and ruining their fun with their cringe one shot killing bosses.

Not knowing the exact day and time that update 1.3 is coming out is driving me up the wall. I love this game so much.

I really want them continue updating the game at least. I know there are certain characters that fans are still unsatisfied with. Plus, we always have a sequel to look forward to now that Cygames have this formula adapted.

It'd actually be nice if they used Relink as a base for bringing the main Granblue Fantasy storyline to consoles.

To add on to some of his lore, Sandalphon wasn't an ally in his first appearance. In the What Makes The Sky Blue I event, Sandalphon broke out of Pandemonium, basically a prison where they sealed all the 'bad' primals. When he got out, he decided that he wanted revenge on Lucifer (the supreme primarch) by wrecking havoc in the sky realm. So he started his hunt for the primarchs of the tetra elements (fire/water/earth/wind) who were Michael, Gabriel, Uriel and Raphael. Then a shortened version is, basically we beat the crap out of him and then Lucifer sealed him into an egg. I'm skipping on alot of details there, yep. And then in the follow up event, WMTSB II, some bad dudes wanted to resurrect Lucilius, but since he was only a decapitated head, Lucifer got decapitated and then they stuck Lucilius' head onto Lucifer's body. Which is why when you fight Lucilius in relink, you can see the scar on his neck where they stuck it on. And also why during the fight, Sandalphon has dialogue regarding Lucilius desecrating Lucifer's body when he powers up and changes phases.

I think we are def going to get more in the future, just not for a little while. I feel like there is a lot more to explore with Zegagrande as a skydom. Besides, even just the demand for Maglielle to be playable is huge. So hoping we at least get more characters and missions in the future, and maybe a story dealing with remnants of Lilith loyalists.

The issue is, playing on one character I leveled up all the others. Game does not force me to play a certain character in order to unlock something specifically for him (experience, mastery points, weapons, etc.).

Any suggestion for farming seofon's coupons? I'm only 10000 of power level and it's difficult to pass some extreme battles. I need to Farm hard for a tons of hours? 😢

It would be cool that we get the other members of Avia, since we had Id and we get to fight Lilith human form.

Here’s to hoping they add more past fights to reminisce on as side quests.

i want maggie and gallanza playable. maybe also rolan and lyria

Right? They are already in the game. Just make them playable. Do more quest story or something. Instead of adding the characters already in the game, who are these two new astrals ? From a different storyline? Games aren't what they used to be 😞 its sad. I wasn't expecting a monster Hunter world structure type of game, nonetheless its working. but for them to stop so soon it's kind of ridiculous.

That's what worries me though.. they spent such a long time making the game that I completely understand not wanting to work on it anymore. I get it if Cygames just want to move on to their next project. However since the game had good reception there's possibility for them to continue working on the game

...my only question is...will Ferry be playable again...they way they neutered her one thing and gave nothing in return making her the lowest damaging and sometimes annoying character to play kinda sucks...especially since they gave her one of the worse warpath sigils.

I enjoyed the game. Farmed everything for my seofon. But i only play with AI. Cant still beat lucius unfortunately and kinda burned me out. Il go back when they release new characters. If they ever release new ones that is.

There are plenty of characters and enemies already, I want some new interesting locations to visit （which should also include some new characters and enemies tied to that location so those people are pleased too）

I just hope they can give us more of content even if it might be a paid DLC, I want to see more content for this game. However, even if they are not planning on giving us more content on the future, I think it's pretty acceptable because they actually deliver a really good game on their first attempt making an Action RPG game.

It seems kind of pre-mature to just end it now. It has done well and hasn't even been out for very long. They should make character season packs or something at least. There are plenty more Granblue Fantasy characters to add.

They need to drop galanza and the floating swords woman. And a lot more quest. Not just 2 like the last update to say they "added" some quest

i hope we get more updates but I do kind of feel conflicted. I love the game and trying out new characters and challenging new bosses is fun. But i can't deny that the updates arent super impressive in terms of the amount of content, its mostly just grinding. I also think im the current state of the game, gear builds feel very one dimensional and I was hoping they would address that in updates

This game started development back in 2015 and was announced back in 2016, and restarted development once and went through several direction changes back when the game started development with PlatinumGames.

I hope they do change their mind and do more updates and DLC's..... Granblue fantasy has soooo much lore, characters. Relink is amazing but it barely scratches the surface of the Granblue universe!!!

With the new supreme primarch joining your crew , only a few bosses can stand agonists you 😂 either the six dragon or the ten eternal, and that damn 200,000 years old fire bird .

I think Re-link will come to Switch 2 and Xbox

Just gonna say it right now, if they didn't focus on that Grandblue fighting game and just focused on Relink first Relink would've had more quality and quantity of stuff to do and more characters thats on them they could've done alot more if they held off on that other game.

This is the only game that I wish had the Destiny 2/ FFXIV way of pushing new content, I would happily pay $50 every year for expansions and even buy every skin just to support the devs for making a complete game day 0 and even adding new content for free (mindblowing). To me GBFR, Monster Hunter, Elden Ring, Helldivers 2 are the only games right now that I gladly pay full price for every content there is to show support and get more content in the future! Guys we need to send ticket in the official website to show interest in new content and our show our desire to pay for it! Tell that skins could be a way to fund the game even further from those who have the money (cuz sales alone can't reach gacha/skins level of funding like Genshin or Fortnite)

tbh though if they do just stop on 1.3 i really hope they at least add cross platform or cross region play that way, we can have a stable player base even after its long and gone.

Im glad the community is starting to create harder modded missions. Been downloading them on PC and having more content to play and the community dont mess around with the difficulty scale lol. So if they decide to stop doing content im sure the community will cook stuff up.

I can't be happy with a game I was looking forward to since 2017 and yet all we got was a 10 hour storyline. Not satisfying at all.

So glad i waited to buy this game till the last update, getting games at launch is a bad idea these days now i can enjoy it with all the QoL updates they added in.

We can only put out the information that they have confirmed so far, not information about what we feel like they are going to do They said we have completed the games updates and this is the final planned content, is what they officially said "I know what they're thinking" unless you work there, you can't know for sure. their plans for relink could be vastly different from the mobile game and versus due to the prolonged development cycle. The "I don't have anything else to delve into for now" could be a number of different things but currently nothing is confirmed, for example it could be that: - They do have more content planned and don't want to reveal it until later - They have a major expansion in the works ala MH Iceborne - They have small QoL updates coming - They are just going to work on the sequel instead - They are going to release the game on more platforms - They are waiting to see what the demand is for additional content and updates for the game Just think it is a bit wild to say "Its not the last update. Please stop spreading wrong information" when that is what they literally said and the only thing making it wrong is that you feel they will update the game in the future. I get it, I feel like they will continue support the game too and there were hints but we have to go off what they actually said.

I remember being very excited about co-op in this game. But oh boy, how bad it is. It's like since Dark Souls, developers forgot how to make a proper co-op game in which you start your game with your friends and finish together. Is that so hard to do???

I just hope it gets a sequel. There are a lot of things this game seemed to want to do but was held back and a sequel without last gen consoles holding them back sounds amazing. More giant bosses, more explorable areas, more enemy hoards.

I’m sorry 7yrs to make this game and knowing how big the Granblue universe is and they don’t know what to do . 😒👀👀👀 They’re just being greedy they want money but don’t want to deliver massive content for our buck. You have Belial and Beelzebub along with a shit ton of other characters but they don’t know what to do like WTF. 👀 Unless they’re working on that Project Awakening game which was revealed like 7yrs ago they have no excuse. They’re definitely not hurting for money with a mobile game that’s bringing in millions.
