Phenomenal movie. Truly was for the fans. The critics v audience scores show that.

I watched the movie on Thursday last week with my mom and I have to admit, it was a blast of a movie! Also, I really enjoyed seeing Jann, Yamauchi-san, Neill Blomkamp and Asad Qizilbash share insights on the movie in this installment of Creator to Creator.^^

Good video, good documentary. It's amazing the actor archie wasn't interested in cars or never has played gran turismo, but he enjoyed the experience of acting never the less. Fun fact: archie was so tall they had to remove the main seat in the race car. So he was sitting on the bare carbon floor while handling 2x the voice of gravity astroanuats deal.

Movie was incredible

As a fan of the Gran Turismo game series ever since its first inception, this Gran Turismo movie plays full and proper homage to the series! The storyline is based on the true story which is simple to follow but most of all sticking very true to the roots of the Gran Turismo game series. The seemless transitioning between reality and game in the movie that also weaves together beautifully with the storyline makes it easy for any viewer (even non-gamers like my dad).... to understand Gran Turismo... both the purpose of the game and point of this movie. The movie itself is awesome with the superb directing by Neil Blomkamp and of course solid performances from the ensemble cast consisting of Archie Madekwe, David Harbour, Orlando Bloom, Djimon Hounsou, Geri Halliwell Horner and the rest who make this movie a perfectly crafted and charismatic film that not only exhilarates but inspires. It was a fun, keeps-you-on-the-edge-of-your-seat kind of movie with the right amount of emotion from it's storyline till the very end. But I was emotional not just for storyline here but the way this movie silently pays tribute and makes you appreciate Gran Turismo, racing simulation, racing in general, and of course... cars. In a world where now everyone pretty much drives in SUVs and sitting in the back of Ubers....this movie will remind you that... There is still hope, There is the open road, There is the spirit of driving, There is the essence of cars and racing, And most of all... There is Gran Turismo So far, it is easily the movie of the year for me. Well done, because this is awesome! Thank You Sony, Neil, Kaz, Polyphony Digital, all the actors, crew for making this a reality!

I've always liked cars but at the same time I never appreciated them to the fullest extent, especially after just seeing people in SUVs in my boring everyday life, to me they are just machines that get us from point A to B. But after playing Gran Turismo 7 for a month (first GT game for me), watching this movie in theaters, and reading your comment, I realized that cars can be so much more than boring machines. They really do embody our free spirit as humans

The movie was great. Watched it with my wife 3 days ago and both of us loved it

Just saw the film today. It was dope! Awesome racing sequences and cool looking effects. Definitely Blu Ray worthy. Put this right next to Ford v. Ferrari lol.

Sony can make a lot more money if they continued the movie with a tv series with the same actors and directors that will be great in my opinion🙏🏽🤩 0:20

I watched it on a premiere, I ENJOYED the movie. Not only as a racing fan, but first of all as a Gran Turismo fan. GT is what introduced me to the entire video games' universe, it's what got me into racing video games, what got me into cars (especially the JP as I LOVE the Nissan Skyline GT-R) so obviously, I enjoyed watching the movie!

I want to feel the realism of being on the seat crammed in a limited space and feel the pressure of speed acceleration (G force), turn and pushed to side to side and also if there's a faulty on brakes, shifting gears etc... I want full simulations

Yeah outside of the Fast and Furious movies, which are barely about racing anymore, the last movie I can remember is Need for Speed which was really mid

Fix the game, it’s missing features from GT6 & restart GT Academy with all the money the movie is going to make! You’re leaving people hanging for an opportunity that someone else is going to do.
