you must be doing it wrong, i tried once and alakazam, all cars unlocked, i have gt5 prologue spec 111. follow the instructions precisely and it WILL work, i was actually amazed when the secret menu appeared haha i actualy lept out of my chair, punched the air and yelled WOOOOOOHOOOO HAHAAA! good luck
