Far out! At the top watching you descend I was seriously scared. You have very very good bike skills. No room for error whatsoever or you fall to your death .............. I am going to GC in 2 weeks time wanting to do some off road trails but this looks way beyond my skill set or experience despite being a pretty good xc/enduro rider. Brave of you to tackle it on your own. It is really a MTB track or actually a walking/hiking trail and you just happened to ride it? Still chapeau to you. Balls of steel.

@@ekrubkramm Really looking forward to GC. I already checked Free Motion out. I think that kind of really steep trail is beyond my capabilities. Many thanks for posting and replying and the tips.

I am thinking of going here and self guiding as I read a lot of the guided rides are on double track….. did you do any other routes while you were there ?

I did but they included some very difficult climbs, i'd suggest booking a taxi and taking your bike to the top of the island and then it's all great downhill. You can find quite a few routes online

Hello, my father wants to do this when we go in October but wants to do a tour group due to him not knowing the routes. Do you know any companies we could use? Some we tried said they are closed in October. Thank you. Great video

Hey, there are two companies in GC, free motion and dhguidecanarias.com (might be more) maybe just drop them an email? I did it by myself as everything was shut due to covid. gpx file is in the description 🙂Enjoy - you'll have lots of fun!
