Lyrics:
If you give a little more than you take
And if you try to fix more than you break
If you're the kind who takes the time
To help a stranger in the rain
There's a place for people like you
If you stand up for those down on their knees
And lend a voice to those who cannot speak
If you shine a little light, give sight
To the ones who've lost their way
There's a place for people like you
I've heard up there the streets are made of gold
And when you get there, there's a hand to hold
I believe when your days down here are through
There's a place up there for people like you
If you walk around with your heart on your sleeve
And if you try to be the change you want to see
If you lay down your life for love
So someone could be saved
There's a place for people like you
I've heard up there the streets are made of gold
And when you get there, there's a hand to hold
I believe when your days down here are through
There's a place up there for people like you
I've heard up there the streets are made of gold
And when you get there, there's a hand to hold
I believe when your days down here are through
There's a place up there for people like you
I know you're out there
So keep doing what you do
‘Cause there's a place up there for people like you

Dedicating this perfect piece to my Late Father ❤️he taught me so much, reggae was his heritage, Morgan Heritage was one of the best he would listen, so unfortunate that when this Master piece was released he was not here 🙏.. But I know and I m certain there is a place for a person like him. Always at Heart Pa' ❤
A Powerful song that touch the entire world. Much respect Gramps.
"If you stand up for those down on their knees And lend a voice to those who cannot speak If you shine a little light and give sight To the ones who've lost their way There's a place for people like you" Very deep message there. Great song Gramps.

Let us strive to be the kind of people Gramps Morgan is singing about. Patient, loving and kind to everyone whom we come across and see Jesus in every sister and brother. That place is prepared for us by our Heavenly Father. I look forward to being there with Him. Don't you? God bless everyone who reads this little note. Peace and love.

In this song, we pay tribute to those who selflessly help others and strive to make the world better. We highlight the virtues of giving more than taking, fixing more than breaking, standing up for the burdened, and being a voice for the voiceless. The song reassures that such acts of kindness are recognized and promises a special place in the afterlife for those who live with compassion and selflessness. It encourages us to continue our good deeds, believing our efforts will be rewarded in heaven. 🇰🇪💯
What a song , pure consciousness . R.I.P king
