Totally agree. If we want Kendama to keep growing we need more people making content around it. Would love to see more Kendama youtubers!

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Grain Theory really likes to do small batches to keep demand high for their damas. It also makes it a bit more exciting for players that feel like they got something really special. I think the USA made damas are also harder to produce at a larger scale. Once we get the cheaper versions that are made overseas I think the batch sizes will increase for sure.

First off that 1 downvote is someone who got cart jacked. And thanks for the HIGH QUALITY content man always a pleasure rewatching. Rewatching this less than an hour before their batch 2 drop. I think it’s worth it now to support USA made Kendamas. Our economy is gonna need every stimulation we can give it haha, even if that means buying Kendamas less frequently to support 100% USA made products. Edit: got cart jacked. $100 more in my wallet I guess😂

Thanks for kind words man! And I agree! It's always great supporting a USA made dama company if you're able to. They're definitely a high price tag and with everything going on in the world it's understandable that a lot of people can't afford a high end Kendama like this one right now. Sorry you got cart jacked dude! Haha I think it just comes with ever drop these days. Good luck trying to snag one in the future!

The ones made overseas will be slightly worse quality, but around half the price which I think more than makes up for the drop in quality. People will get in heated debates over USA made vs overseas made damas and if they're worth it or not. There really isn't that big of a difference and I'll be waiting for the cheaper versions to be released before buying another one. They'll most likely be the same maple wood though, just from trees on different continents lol

Honestly, probably not. I would wait until we get a cheaper version of the GT-2 because we know they'll come out with one eventually and just get one of Kusa's cheaper damas that are still on the shift shape. If you want a craft, I'd say checkout the forum at DownSpike.com they have a "for sale" section where players sell their damas and you can usually find a craft for cheap! Might be used a little bit, but probably half the price. Hope that helps!

It's all relative, my friend. If you don't have the personal finances to warrant a high end kendama purchase, then just don't buy it. Be financially responsible. But you could make this argument for shoes still being made that are over $1000, or super cars for over $1,000,000. There are different people in different financial situations and different markets to cater to them all.

The thing is, these gt s are pretty much the highest quality damas money can buy u, if u never held one, u don't know what I'm talking about. I think you should save to get one and see for yourself, you can always sell a gt because it is a small batch big demand thing, just like sneakers. People would pay over 125 for a brand new gt.
