yo dude. i've been writing graff for the better part of the last 2 decades now, and what you did for those kids is INCREDIBLY dope. the way you encouraged them and told them they have cool tags. through my journey's i've met most of my "hero's", and they've mostly all been huge pieces of shit. you seem like one of the good ones bro. you made those kids into true writers this day.

Never had an interest in graffiti, but KZread recommended this. Never imagined there was so much tech to spray paint

It’s nice to know there are dudes like you keeping the artform alive. When I came up in the 90s, it was cutthroat out there. None of the older kids who were bombing were nice to us or helpful in any way. If they saw you bombing they’d just steal your paint and gear. You either had a crew or you went solo. Without the internet the only way to learn was to spend literally hours looking at pieces close up and analyzing the strokes and the layers. I think it’s fantastic that technology allows you to share your art and techniques for the next generation. Big up, fam!

Whenever a kid reach me out when Im doing something am good at, I do the same as You, giving some basic advice/ideas and a good thing to remember it. Its like planting a seed in their minds, a significant learning that will always be in their heads...
