DIRECTIONS:
Craft a personalized graduation cap topper using scrap paper from the delightful Joyful Notes
Collection.
Instructions:
1. Measure your cap to determine the size of the topper.
2. Cut the topper to fit the measured size using the We R Makers - The Works tool.
3. Mark a circle on the topper and use scissors to cut it out. Precision isn't crucial here as
it will be covered.
4. Cut out flowers and give them dimension by sculpting them.
5. Use paper from the Joyful Notes Collection to add depth and affix the cut-out flowers.
6. Select a meaningful quote from the same collection and cut it out.
7. Enhance with additional details.
8. Attach the topper to your cap using hot glue.
