Hi there, correct me if I’m wrong, but this scholarship requires you to be a dependant of a pr holder in Canada, diplomat, etc. This scholarship is not eligible for any international student who just goes to study in university of Toronto with the simple study permit.

You’ll probably need to re-take the test because IELTS is only valid for 2 years. Unfortunately as an international student even if your school was taught in English Canadian/USA Universities will likely require an English Proficiency test. Good luck!

Hey, TAs are available online for different departments on their respective website, on the other hand RAs are something that you have to find out on your own. As I mentioned in the video by approaching professors via email.
