I love the CP3 signing for my Spurs. It will definitely help Wemby in the short term but I'm more interested in the mentorship for Stephon Castle. That is worth SO much, I'd have been fine with them giving CP3 double what they gave him. That's how much I love it. CP3 helped Shai and Booker unlock a new level to their games and I hope Stephon Castle acts like a sponge this year and absorbs everything he could possibly learn from CP3. One of the best pure point guards of all time. I can't wait to see what this does for the future of my team. This year it'll be nice watching CP3 helping unlock Wemby but I'm more excited for the long term with how this will help develop Stephon Castle. I love it I love it I love it.

@@anthonyrivera2306 Yeah it all depends on how much Castle is able to learn from CP3. I know Castle would've learned a lot with Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili being former Spurs that still help with the team but it's different having a teammate to learn from. A guy who's there for a full season, you work the playbook with him, you see him prepare, you practice with him, you can ask him questions before during and after games, you learn what it takes to be a floor general and leader on the court, it's a whole year for Castle to learn from one of the best pure PG's in league history. The money they paid CP3 is nothing compared to the long term value he provides for Castle's development.

It was interesting how way back in OKC I figured he was done - but he led that team back to the playoffs. Then he got traded to Sun's, & I figured he was done , too old. He ended up getting them to the playoffs for the 1st time and arguably being their best player. Idc this time what his age is - I'm not counting him out when it comes to leading young teams to improve & make the playoffs 😂 Hes going to be amazing for Wemby in the pick n roll. I hope he helps Mamu & Bassey too. I think Mamu has potential to be special.

Due to this they would have much lower chances of making it outa the west. You also have to realize this is what people said about Houston and OKC in 2015 and 2012 and they went close but didn't do anything. That's the vibe OKC gives me as in 3 years time Memphis and Orlando might beat them and completely ruining any chances of a ring .

He shot something like 45% off catch and shoot 3s with 8 or 9 attempts a game. Highest percentage in the league. He’s great off ball but he is a rhythm player and will need a solid amount of touches too. Good thing Maxey thrives off ball. With Embiid drawing most of the attention and Nick Nurse running the offense, there’s great potential.

They’re getting rid of two second round picks for Josh Green lol. Klay is gonna be wide open from 3 CONSTANTLY! Great pick up for only 16mil a year! OKC has like 5 first round picks in next year's draft. Therefore, they almost have to send 2 or 3 of them out with guys like Ousmane Dieng and Kenrich Williams to trade for somebody. A Lot of people think that it could be Markkanen. They would probably also have to trade Cason Wallace to get Lauri. They don't really want to give him up, but it's easier to do after drafting Topic.

Like Chris Paul to the spurs as Paul has already proven to be a teacher to these younger guards as seen in SGA and Booker. During the draft they said Castle’s favourite player is SGA and models his game after Tatum I believe so if Paul is able to potentially set Castle down the right path in terms of being a duo with Wemby and being a good point guard so that will be interesting to see if Paul can nurture another young guard. Not to mention Devin and how much Paul could also help out with some more of his development so the Spurs should be interesting to watch
